DKC 5741
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
A late-ripening, simple hybrid of corn for universal use, designed for grain and silage production. It is characterized by a powerful root system, high plasticity and stable productivity in various soil and climatic conditions.
The hybrid forms large ears with good grain quality, has high drought tolerance and resistance to major diseases. Due to the Stay Green effect, plants retain their green mass before harvesting, which makes the hybrid particularly effective when grown for silage.
KEY ADVANTAGES
High yield potential of grain and silage
Powerful root and stem system
Complete filling of the cob with grain
High plasticity to growing conditions
Fast moisture loss of grain
High quality grain
Tolerance to major diseases
The Stay Green effect — the stem stays green until harvesting
High drought tolerance
