Hybrid SI Barbati perfectly reveals its full potential in arid conditions, the best hybrid for the South and East of the steppe of Ukraine, and also withstands low agricultural background well.
Extensive hybrid of linoleic type. Characterized by high growth rates in the first stages of development. Genetically close to the Bosphorus hybrid. Hybrid for Clearfield performance system.

Morphological and agronomic characteristics

• Plant height – tall (170-190 cm, depending on the amount of moisture):
• Oil content is average (up to 48%).
• Resistance to white rot – 10;
• Resistance to verticillium blight –10;
• Resistance to broomrape (races) – A-F;
• Drought resistance – 9.
• The hybrid is recommended for cultivation in the Southern Steppe zone of Ukraine. It is not recommended to thicken crops and sow in fields with a high infectious background of Phomopsis.

It is allowed to grow a hybrid using energy-saving technologies.

Recommended density is 40-45 thousand plants/ha.
