AKTARA 250, e.d.g.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Systemic insecticide of intestinal-contact action, designed to protect grain, vegetable, fruit and other crops from a complex of sucking and leaf-eating pests. The drug effectively controls pests due to rapid penetration into the plant and subsequent effects on insects during feeding.
Due to its systemic properties, the insecticide spreads through plant tissues, providing protection for both treated and new growths, which is especially important during the active growing season.

mechanism of action
Thiamethoxane acts on nicotine-acetylcholine receptors of the insect nervous system, disrupting the transmission of nerve impulses. This leads to a rapid cessation of nutrition, paralysis and subsequent death of pests.
After penetration into the insect's body, the effect appears after 15-60 minutes, depending on the type of pest.
