TREND 90

Trend 90 is a surfactant designed for use with sulfonylurea herbicides. It creates optimal conditions for herbicide application and enhances their activity.

Mechanism of Action

The active ingredient of the Trend 90 surfactant is isodecyl alcohol ethoxylate.

Isodecyl alcohol ethoxylate reduces the surface tension of droplets, which increases the leaf coverage area and leads to an expansion of the absorption area. The use of Trend 90 surfactant facilitates penetration through the cuticle and significantly accelerates the uptake of sulfonylurea herbicides into weed leaves.

Instructions for Use of Trend 90 Surfactant:

Trend 90 surfactant is applied at a concentration of 0.1% (100 mL/100 L of water) with a working solution application rate of 200 to 300 L/ha. In hot and dry conditions, to protect corn crops from grassy weeds, it is recommended to increase the surfactant rate to 300 mL/ha and increase the volume of the working solution.

Preparation of the Working Solution

Fill the spray tank halfway with water and add the pesticides while the agitator is running. Then, stop the agitator and add the Trend 90 surfactant. Afterward, top up the tank with water to the required volume and turn the agitator back on.
