Mechanism of action

Clothianidin is the strongest of the active substances of the neonicotinoid class. A systemic insecticide of contact-intestinal action, which inhibits nerve transmission at the level of the acetylcholine receptor of the postsynaptic membrane, resulting in the death of the insect.

Suspension concentrate containing 66.5 g/l penflufen and 207 g/l clothianidin.

Methods of application

Treatment of tubers before or during planting. The consumption rate of the working solution when processing potato tubers is 10-20 liters per ton, for stationary dressing. Treatment of tubers affected by wet rot is not recommended. When treated during planting, the application rate of the drug is 1-1.5 l/ha (with an estimated planting rate of 2-4 t/ha of potatoes). The working fluid consumption is 50-120 l/ha.
