Laren Pro is a single—component herbicide of selective action designed to control annual dicotyledonous weeds, including those resistant to 2,4-D, as well as some perennial dicotyledonous species in grain crops. The drug effectively suppresses sensitive weeds, reducing competition for moisture, nutrition and light.

The herbicide has a pronounced effect against a wide range of dicotyledonous weeds, provides reliable results even in difficult weather conditions and remains active at low temperatures, which expands the possibilities of its use in the field.

The drug blocks the enzyme acetolactate synthase (ALS), which is involved in the synthesis of essential amino acids. The suppression of this enzyme leads to a rapid stop in the growth of sensitive plants, disruption of metabolic processes and their subsequent death.

Due to this mechanism of action, the herbicide effectively affects weed growth points and ensures stable control of sensitive species.
