GENERAL DESCRIPTION

LONTREL-300 is a selective herbicide designed to control annual and perennial dicotyledonous weeds on lawns and strawberries. The drug is highly effective against difficult-to-eradicate species, especially weeds of the family Compositaceae, and provides reliable suppression of both aboveground and underground parts of plants.

The herbicide quickly penetrates into weeds, systematically moves through tissues and disrupts the processes of growth and development. Due to this, the drug effectively acts on weeds at various stages of vegetation and promotes long-term cleaning of the site.

mechanism of action

The drug penetrates the plant through the leaf surface, is transported through the phloem and xylem and is distributed to the meristem tissues and other actively growing parts of the weed.

Clopiralide is a synthetic analogue of natural plant growth hormones. Once in the plant, it disrupts the normal processes of growth and development, causes hormonal imbalance, tissue deformation, growth arrest and subsequent death of the weed.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

First, 1-2 liters of water are poured into the container, then the required amount of the drug is added and thoroughly mixed. After that, add the remaining volume of water to the required amount.

Spraying is carried out with a freshly prepared working solution in dry, windless weather, preferably in the morning before 10:00 or in the evening after 18:00, evenly wetting the leaves of the weeds.

The working solution is not subject to storage.
