The mechanism of operation
Tribenuron-methyl, entering plants through leaves or roots, blocks cell division after 2-3 hours. Treated weeds stop growing and stop absorbing water and minerals from the soil. The first symptoms appear within a few days after treatment, and after 1-2 weeks the plants die. When treating less sensitive weeds at a later stage of development and in dry weather, symptoms appear later.
The period of protective action
The drug provides control of annual dicotyledonous weeds throughout the growing season until a new wave appears.
Compatibility with other drugs
The drug should not be used in conjunction with FAS insecticides.
