Mechanism of action
The drug contains two active ingredients - imosamox and imozapir. These substances have a systemic effect, destroying and suppressing perennial and annual cereal and dicotyledonous weeds, which include those that are difficult to control and cause significant economic damage to sunflower crops. The active ingredients of the drug inhibit the enzyme ALS - acetolactate synthase, which belongs to the catalysts of isoleucine, leucine, valine and other amino acids. As a result of enzyme inhibition, protein synthesis is blocked, which leads to rapid wilting and death of weeds.
The active ingredients of the drug are absorbed by the roots, stems and leaves of the plant and immediately begin to act. It will take only one treatment per season to completely destroy the weeds.

The protective effect of the drug Imigerb, V.R.K. lasts up to 50-70 days.
Within 50-60 minutes after the treatment, the active substances of the herbicide begin to act and become resistant to precipitation.
