Advantages and mechanism of action

 

1. Dual mechanism of action
The combination of chlorpyrifos and cypermethrin affects the central and peripheral nervous systems of insects simultaneously.
The result: effective suppression of a wide range of pests at different stages of development is ensured, including populations with reduced sensitivity to individual pyrethroids.

2. Fumigation activity
Chlorpyrifos passes into the vapor phase and is able to penetrate into hard-to-reach areas of plants and crops.
The result: increased effectiveness against secretive pests, including larvae inside stems and insects in leaf axils.

3. Thermal stability and long-term protection
The drug retains high biological activity over a wide temperature range.
The result: the protective effect lasts up to 21 days, which is especially important in hot climates.

The melon fly: the maximum effect is achieved when the drug is applied at the beginning of the mass summer of the pest. This reduces the risk of laying eggs in the ovaries of fruits.

Latent pests on cotton and rapeseed: the drug is especially effective in the presence of scoops and latent scavengers, since the fumigation action helps to act on pests inside plant tissues.

Strengthening the coating on apple and rapeseed: to improve the penetration and retention of the working solution, the addition of SYLVESTER adjuvant at a rate of 0.025–0.05 l/ha is recommended.

Optimal treatment time: application in the evening hours contributes to a more stable operation of the drug and increases its effectiveness against night-time active pests.

Pollinator safety: the drug is highly toxic to bees, so it is necessary to exclude the processing of rapeseed and orchards during the active flowering period.

Potato protection system: in the cultivation technology, it is possible to combine with the herbicide OMEGA 50, S.K. for simultaneous control of pests and weeds in the early stages of vegetation.
