Purpose

Universal systemic herbicide for legumes.

Advantages

• Destroys the widest possible range of annual and perennial cereals and dicotyledons, including quarantine weeds;
• A single treatment during the growing season is sufficient;
• Non-volatile, therefore its losses are insignificant for various methods of application;
• Resistant to being washed away by precipitation for an hour.

Mechanism of action

A single treatment completely solves the problem of weed destruction throughout the entire growing season of the crop. Imazethapyr is absorbed by the leaves and root system of weeds and inhibits the synthesis of a number of amino acids.

Methods of application

Spraying the soil before sowing (with incorporation), before germination, or spraying crops in the germination phase - 2 trifoliate leaves of the crop.

Duration of effect manifestation (notes)

When applied to plant seedlings, the herbicide is adsorbed and moves in the plant within an hour, which is of great importance in rainy weather.

Recommendations for use

• When applied pre-emergence, it has a long-lasting effect on weeds;
• Should not be used in tank mixes with anti-grain herbicides;
• To reduce the aftereffect and expand the effect on some malicious weeds, it is recommended to use PIVOT only in tank mixtures with the PULSAR preparation. It is strictly not recommended to use so-called “inexpensive analogues” of the drug PIVOT in a mixture with the drug PULSAR.
• Consumption of working solution – 200-400 l/ha;
• Treatment can be carried out up to and including the 3rd trifoliate leaf stage of soybeans;
• Treatment should be carried out in the early stages of weed development (up to 4 true leaves);

In the year of application of the PIVOT herbicide, the use of drugs from the sulfurea group is not allowed.
